Offshore-Energy reports that Synergy Marine Group has taken over full management of the Karadeniz LNGT Powership Americas, following its conversion from a 125,000 m³ LNG carrier into a floating storage and regasification unit. With delivery completed at Seatrium’s Admiralty Yard in Singapore, Synergy initially handled design, engineering, procurement and site supervision, and now provides ongoing technical management. This move strengthens our LNG-to-power service offering and underlines our commitment to end-to-end maritime solutions.

Synergy Marine Group’s Cyprus Joint Venture To Provide Offshore Vessel Handling Services

Global ship management firm Synergy Marine Group has launched a joint venture with Cyprus-based integrated marine and subsea services provider EDT Offshore Ltd. to offer tailor-made solutions to the offshore industry. The joint venture, EDT Synergy Shipmanagement Ltd., which is based in Cyprus, will address key challenges in offshore vessel management, including the high energy demands of dynamic positioning, limited access to alternative fuels and the growing need for sustainable retrofitting, Synergy Marine said in a statement.
