Edwin’s seafaring career began in 1983 and he became a Chief Engineer in 2002. He has been with Synergy since 2012 and is currently a Technical Manager, deriving a great sense of accomplishment from habitual analysis of complex data and drawing logical and purposive conclusions. Edwin has a very strong faith, and likes to relax by mediation.

Capt. Rolando Dungo Caoile

A Marine Manager at Synergygroup Operations Inc, Rolando has sailed since 1980 and served as a Master since 2004. He joined the Synergy family in 2013 and is greatly inspired by sharing his expertise and knowledge with future officers. He believes that Synergy’s leadership is very approachable, and that this is a major factor in the company’s resounding success.

Anoj sailed with Synergy in 2010 as part of his 18 years sea-going career before coming ashore in 2011. Having started with Synergy Maritime in Chennai, he then helped establish Synergy Navis in Pune and now heads Columbus Shipmanagement Inc. He champions Synergy’s “iSTEER” values, emphasising mentorship and knowledge-sharing while ensuring safe, reliable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective operations.

After twelve years as an engineer on container vessels Anish came ashore as a Superintendent in 2015 and joined Synergy as a Technical Superintendent in 2017. Now, as part of sustained professional and personal growth, he is Technical Manager for CSMI in Makati City. Both at work and play Anish strongly values human interaction, and relaxes by reading, watching movies and living his diversity creed in teaching his daughter cricket.
