A passionate marathoner, Captain Unni is vocal supporter of shipping’s net zero emissions ambition by 2050. He is a leading business creator, committed family man and determined philanthropist.

Edwin Socrates Edep

Edwin’s seafaring career began in 1983 and he became a Chief Engineer in 2002. He has been with Synergy since 2012 and is currently a Technical Manager, deriving a great sense of accomplishment from habitual analysis of complex data and drawing logical and purposive conclusions. Edwin has a very strong faith, and likes to relax by mediation.

Self-motivated and driven, Krishna likes taking up challenges and finding solutions. His motto is to keep trudging even if the going is tough. Shipping is a passion for him as he learns something new every day.

Capt. Rolando Dungo Caoile

A Marine Manager at Synergygroup Operations Inc, Rolando has sailed since 1980 and served as a Master since 2004. He joined the Synergy family in 2013 and is greatly inspired by sharing his expertise and knowledge with future officers. He believes that Synergy’s leadership is very approachable, and that this is a major factor in the company’s resounding success.

Synergy Marine Group is a member of The Getting to Zero Coalition, dedicated to launching zero-emission deep-sea vessels by 2030 and achieving full decarbonisation by 2050. The Global Maritime Forum, in collaboration with the World Economic Forum and Friends of Ocean Action, founded and manages the Coalition.

IMEC

IMPA

Synergy Marine Group is involved in IMPA Save’s initiative to reduce single-use water bottles at sea. The IMPA SAVE council comprises top global shipowners and suppliers, representing over 8000 vessels with significant combined purchasing influence.

Synergy Marine Group is a key participant in The All Aboard Alliance’s Diversity@Sea initiative. As one of eleven prominent maritime companies, we aim to foster inclusivity at sea and directly address challenges faced by women seafarers.
