SINGAPORE-based shipmanagement company Synergy Group has announced a joint venture with Taipei-listed dry bulk shipowner Wisdom Marine Group. The move follows Wisdom’s decision last year to entrust Synergy with managing a portion of its fleet of around 130 bulkers, according to a statement.

The joint venture Wisdom Synergy Ship Management (WSSM) will provide ship management services for Wisdom Marine’s bulk carrier fleet. WSSM will be headquartered in Singapore with operational centres in Taiwan and India.
