during the ceremony held in Singapore.

Synergy Marine Group is pleased to have been recognised by an award at the Maritime Singapore LowCarbon50 Awards 2025—an initiative led by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and the Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS), in collaboration with key maritime industry stakeholders.

The LowCarbon50 Awards acknowledge companies making meaningful and measurable progress in decarbonisation. Recipients are selected by an expert panel based on the quality of their carbon accounting—using the Carbon Emissions Recording Tool—and the extent to which emissions reduction measures are embedded across operations.

This recognition reflects Synergy Marine Group’s steadfast efforts to embed sustainability into core business processes. From technical operations to data-driven emissions transparency and ESG integration—evidenced by a consistent EcoVadis rating—our decarbonisation approach is cross-functional, operationally embedded, and is grounded in collaboration and continuous improvement.

Commenting on this success, Jesper Kristensen, Group CEO, Synergy Marine Group, said:

The award was accepted on behalf of Synergy by Uttam Kumar, Director, during the awards ceremony held in Singapore.

Looking ahead, Synergy remains committed to advancing decarbonisation in a manner that is transparent, operationally viable and aligned with evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations. As the global shipping sector accelerates its pursuit of the IMO 2030 and 2050 goals, we will continue supporting our shipowner partners through scalable, safety-first solutions that balance ambition with execution.

We extend our thanks to MPA, GCNS and the wider maritime community for this honour, and congratulate all fellow recipients for their continued leadership and example.
