Syed Nazeer Ahamed is Managing Director of Synergy Indonesia, where he leads the Group’s operations and growth across the country. A former Master Mariner, he has held leadership roles spanning vessel operations, QHSE and business management. Since establishing Synergy Indonesia, he has overseen its growth into a multi-entity organisation while helping strengthen local maritime capabilities through training, talent development and operational excellence.

Rajiv Bhalla serves as Technical Director at Synergy Indonesia. A marine engineer with nearly three decades of experience, he has progressed from Chief Engineer at sea to senior leadership roles ashore. His career has spanned technical management, compliance and customer-facing responsibilities, bringing broad operational insight to fleet management and shipowner support.
Rajiv Bhalla
Capt. Sachin Shankar brings over three decades of experience across tanker operations, marine insurance and corporate leadership. Having sailed to Master and held senior roles at Synergy and Teekay, he is known for his steady approach to risk and operations. He currently serves as Director Marine at PT Synergy Marine Indonesia, where he works closely with teams to strengthen safety and operational consistency.

Prashant Arun Ghodke is a Technical Manager with more than 25 years of maritime experience across LNG, LPG and tanker operations. Having sailed to the rank of Chief Engineer before moving ashore, he has led fleet management, drydockings and technical projects for leading shipowners. His focus is on safe, efficient operations and supporting vessels throughout their lifecycle.

Sanjeev Kumar Thakur is a Fleet Manager with extensive experience across tanker and bulk carrier operations. Beginning his career at sea as a Chief Engineer, he later moved into technical, performance and QHSE roles ashore. He is known for his structured approach to fleet management, continuous improvement and mentoring the next generation of maritime professionals.

Andi Zaldiarman Amarala brings more than 35 years of experience across the shipping and offshore energy sectors. A former Chief Engineer, he has worked on newbuilding programmes, vessel conversions and major offshore projects in Indonesia. As Technical Manager, he supports fleet performance, maintenance and operational reliability across a diverse range of vessel types.

Capt. Khalid Nawaz is Marine Manager at Synergy Indonesia. After 18 years at sea and a decade ashore, he brings extensive experience in tanker operations, marine assurance and fleet support. He works closely with vessel teams and customers to support safe operations, vetting readiness and continuous improvement across the fleet.

His career has spanned both seagoing and shore-based roles, including marine management, audits, investigations and commercial matters. He brings a practical perspective to safety, compliance and operational performance across complex vessel portfolios.
