Since establishing Synergy Indonesia, he has overseen its growth into a multi-entity organisation while helping strengthen local maritime capabilities through training, talent development and operational excellence.

A former Chief Engineer, he has worked on newbuilding programmes, vessel conversions and major offshore projects in Indonesia. As Technical Manager, he supports fleet performance, maintenance and operational reliability across a diverse range of vessel types.
