The IT Division of Synergy Group has always played a very important role in the overall growth of the group companies. ShipPalm is a next generation ship management software that is TMSA and regulatory compliant. It provides an integrated business solution to Synergy’s Ship Management division. The software helps the ship management division to use the business intelligence analytics towards making the data-driven decisions and forecasts.
Various modules in ShipPalm are as follows:
- Voyage Performance Module
- Certificates Module
- Documents Management Module
- Defect Reports Module
- Crewing Module
- Purchase Module
- Planned Maintenance System
- BI Reports
Further, Synergy Group has taken a pioneering leap by introducing the SmartShip Technology into one of its group vessels, Trammo Dietlin. On 2nd May, 2017, this was the announced to be the first vessel to have received the ‘first of its kind’ Certificate of Class, ‘AL-SAFE’ notation from Lloyd’s Register. Thereafter, there has been no looking back. Many vessels have been installed with the SmartShip Technology already, and many more are in line to receive it in the due course of time.
The champions of Synergy Group not only believe in embracing the latest technology, but also act as an incubator in furtherance of the newer ones.
