Synergy Marine Wins Ship Manager of the Year 2025

Dubai, UAE – Synergy Marine Group has been honoured with the Ship Manager of the Year award at the ShipTek International Awards 2025, a prestigious event recognising excellence in the maritime industry.

Captain Thomas Varghese, Managing Director of Synergy Mideast Ship Management DMCC, had the privilege of accepting the award on behalf of the Group. In his remarks, he emphasised that this recognition belongs to Synergy’s 30,000 seafarers, whose dedication and expertise ensure that vessels operate at the highest standards of safety, efficiency and environmental responsibility.

The award reaffirms Synergy Marine Group’s commitment to driving innovation, fostering collaboration and advancing a smarter, more resilient and sustainable maritime industry.

This accolade marks an inspiring start to 2025, reflecting Synergy’s continuous pursuit of excellence in ship management and its dedication to shaping the future of global shipping.
