Synergy Marine Group Recognised Among Outstanding Foreign Employers of Indian Seafarers at NMDC 2025

Synergy Maritime Pvt. Ltd. was recognised by being awarded joint second place in the category of Outstanding Foreign Employers of Indian Seafarers (1,000+ shipboard berths) during the 62nd National Maritime Day Celebrations held in Mumbai.

The award was presented by Shri Shyam Jagannathan, IAS, Director General of Shipping and Chairman of the National Maritime Day Celebrations (Central) Committee and received by members of our crewing team.  

This recognition reflects Synergy’s continued commitment to inclusive crewing, training and upskilling, seafarer welfare and a safety-first culture across the fleet. Our detailed submission included lived examples from vessels and shore teams alike, showcasing the Group’s seafarer-centric practices and focus on long-term workforce sustainability.  

We thank the Directorate General of Shipping and the NMDC (Central) Committee for this honour and extend our congratulations to all recipients working to strengthen India’s maritime future.
