Synergy Marine Wins Crewing Company of the Year 2024

Synergy Marine Group has been recognised as the “Crewing Company of the Year” at the 11th International Samudra Manthan Awards 2024, held on 21st November 2024 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. This accolade highlights Synergy’s unwavering dedication to seafarer welfare and operational excellence.

Synergy’s Emergency Response Team has been commended for its swift and decisive actions during challenging situations. Their efforts included facilitating timely communication with authorities, ensuring medical attention for an injured crew member with support from the Indian Embassy in Washington D.C., and providing regular updates and reassurance to families in India and Sri Lanka. Proactive measures included deploying additional personnel onboard, delivering pre-prepared meals, and maintaining consistent communication between the crew and their families.

Captain Vivek Bhandarkar, CEO of Bhandarkar Publications, praised Synergy’s efforts, stating, “Synergy Marine Group’s actions set a benchmark in crewing excellence and reflect the resilience and unity of the maritime community.”
