MySynergy

Here when you need us.

Support for you at sea and ashore.

MySynergy

Support starts with listening

Life at sea asks a lot of people: long periods away from home, demanding work and life in a close-knit onboard community. When something needs attention, knowing who to contact should be simple.

MySynergy is Synergy’s in-house point of contact for seafarer welfare and wellbeing. Seafarers and their families reach one team, which listens, helps directly where it can and connects them with the right support when more is needed.

What we help with

How MySynergy supports you

Technology must remain auditable, explainable and controlled. Where safety is concerned, responsibility stays with people – the master, the chief engineer and the shore-based technical team.

Welfare support

Practical help for seafarers and their families when circumstances change unexpectedly, at home or onboard.

Personal debriefing

A chance to talk about your time onboard, share feedback and help us improve the seafarer experience.

Wellbeing support

Guidance on everyday wellbeing and, where needed, access to appropriate professional support.

Family assistance

A clear point of contact for families, including support during difficult or unexpected circumstances.

Onboard engagement

Vessel visits, activities and conversations that strengthen connection among crews.

Supporting women at sea

Support for female seafarers and trainees, including a clear route to raise concerns about their experience onboard.

Reaching Out

You do not have to wait until something is wrong

Reaching out does not need to start with a crisis. It might be a question about a matter at home, a concern about life onboard or simply wanting to talk something through with someone ashore.

Raising something early often makes it easier to resolve. Seafarers and their families can contact MySynergy whenever support is needed.

Your privacy matters

Conversations with MySynergy are handled with discretion. Personal information you share is used to help you and is passed on only to those who need it to arrange the right support.

There may be rare situations where we need to involve others, for example if there is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of others, or where the law requires it. Where possible, we will discuss this with you first.

Wellbeing Tips

Everyday wellbeing matters too

Small habits and moments of pause can help us stay healthy and focused at sea. Our Wellbeing Tips offer short, practical guidance for managing work and life onboard.
