His career has progressed from Chief Officer and Master to Marine Safety Officer and Port Captain. As QSHE Manager at Synergy Ship Arabia, he supports safe, compliant and efficient offshore operations, with a strong focus on quality, safety leadership and operational discipline.

Sivabalan is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 20 years of experience across shipbuilding, ship repair, fleet operations and technical maintenance. His expertise includes offshore vessel management, dry-docking, vessel upgrades and asset reliability. As Technical Manager, he supports operational efficiency, cost control and vessel uptime, while leading technical delivery in complex multicultural marine and offshore environments.

Capt. Yazad Boomla

Yazad sailed for 16 years with a Hong Kong-based ship management company before moving ashore in 2016 to join Synergy. He has since led teams of marine superintendents managing chemical and oil tanker operations and values Synergy’s culture of psychological safety that fosters accountability and growth. Based in Dubai since 2023, he leads business development and partnerships across the GCC and MENA regions. He enjoys reading, cinema, and travel.
