\u5e74\u51cf\u5c11 40%\uff0c\u5230 2050 \u5e74\u51cf\u5c11 70%\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u6bd4 2008 \u5e74\u51cf\u5c11\u3002\n\u5230 2050 \u5e74\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u8d38\u6613\u4e2d\u7684\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u4e5f\u5fc5\u987b\u51cf\u5c11 50%\u3002\nIMO \u5f97\u51fa\u4e86\u4e24\u4e2a\u6307\u6570\u2014\u2014EEXI \u548c CII\u2014\u2014\u4f9b\u8239\u4e1c\u5728\u8bd5\u56fe\u964d\u4f4e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6c34\u5e73\u5e76\u8d70\u4e0a\u5b9e\u73b0\u5404\u79cd\u76ee\u6807\u7684\u8f68\u9053\u65f6\u7528\u4f5c\u53c2\u8003\u70b9\u3002\n\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u8fd9\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u4e2d\u7b80\u8981\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65b0\u6307\u6570\u3002   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>EEXI &#8211; \u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u6269\u5c55\u8239\u8236\u6307\u6570  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u5728 2020 \u5e74\u6d77\u6d0b\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a \uff08MEPC\uff09 \u7b2c 75 \u6b21\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c2023 \u5e74 1 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u662f\u8be5\u7279\u5b9a\u6307\u6570\u7684\u751f\u6548\u65e5\u671f\u3002\n\u4ece\u672c\u8d28\u4e0a\u8bb2\uff0cEEXI \u662f\u81ea 2013 \u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\u751f\u6548\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6307\u6570 \uff08EEDI\uff09 \u7684\u7ee7\u4efb\u8005\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4e5f\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u4e0d\u5c5e\u4e8e EEDI \u7684\u73b0\u6709\u8239\u8236\u3002\n\u5177\u4f53\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5b83\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u300a\u9632\u6c61\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u9644\u5219 VI \u6db5\u76d6\u7684\u8d85\u8fc7 400 \u603b\u5173\u7a0e\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u3002  <\/p>\n\n<p>EEDI \u548c EEXI \u4f7f\u7528\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u8bbe\u5b9a CO<sub>2<\/sub> \u6392\u653e\u6807\u51c6\u3002\n\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf<sub>\u6839\u636e\u8d27\u7269\u5428\u6570\u548c\u82f1\u91cc\u6570\u8fdb\u884c\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0c\u5e76\u8003\u8651\u53d1\u52a8\u673a\u7684\u529f\u7387\u53ca\u5176\u8fd0\u8f93\u80fd\u529b\u4ee5\u53ca\u8239\u8236\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u3002\n\u4ee5\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u884c\u6807\u51c6\u5316\uff0c\u6392\u653e\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u6d88\u8017\u7684\u71c3\u6599\u6cb9\u91cf\u3001\u4e3b\u673a\u53ca\u5176\u8f85\u52a9\u88c5\u7f6e\u7684\u88c5\u673a\u529f\u7387\u4ee5\u53ca\u71c3\u6599\u8d28\u91cf\u548c CO<sub>2<\/sub> \u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u8f6c\u6362\u7cfb\u6570\u3002<\/sub>  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>CII &#8211; \u78b3\u5f3a\u5ea6\u6307\u6807<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u662f\u5168\u65b0\u7684\uff0c\u9075\u5faa MEPC 75\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u8d85\u8fc7 5,000 GRT \u7684\u8239\u8236\uff0c\u5176\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u5fc5\u987b\u91cf\u5316\u548c\u62a5\u544a\u3002\n\u4e3a\u4e86\u5b9e\u65bd\u6301\u7eed\u6539\u8fdb\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0cCII \u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u63aa\u65bd\u6765\u786e\u5b9a\u8239\u8236\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\u6bcf\u5e74\u9700\u8981\u51cf\u5c11\u591a\u5c11\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u3002<sub>\n\u8239\u8236\u80fd\u6548\u7ba1\u7406\u8ba1\u5212 \uff08SEEMP\uff09 \u5fc5\u987b\u5305\u62ec CII\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u662f\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u7684\u8239\u8236\u7279\u5b9a\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u4ee5\u5177\u6709\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u63d0\u9ad8\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<\/sub>  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u6ce2\u585e\u51ac\u539f\u5219\uff08Poseidon Principles\uff09\u4e2d\u7684\u5e74\u6548\u7387\u6bd4\uff08\u4e00\u4e2a\u65e8\u5728\u4f7f\u8239\u8236\u878d\u8d44\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u5f71\u54cd\u4fdd\u6301\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u6846\u67b6\uff09\u662f CII \u57fa\u7840\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\uff08\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e MEPC 76 \u7684\u7ed3\u679c\uff09CII \u4ee5\u540e\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u57fa\u4e8e\u5b9e\u9645\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8f7d\u91cd\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u8131\u78b3\u662f\u5fc5\u4e0d\u53ef\u5c11\u7684<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u5f15\u5165\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65b0\u7684 IMO \u63aa\u65bd\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u8ba9\u8239\u8236\u66f4\u63a5\u8fd1\u5b9e\u73b0\u300a\u5df4\u9ece\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\u8bbe\u5b9a\u7684\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u8239\u4e1c\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u5fc5\u987b\u5728 2022 \u5e74\u5e95\u4e4b\u524d\u786e\u5b9a\u5176\u8239\u8236\u7684\u78b3\u5f3a\u5ea6\u6982\u51b5\uff0c\u5e76\u8bbe\u5b9a\u6700\u4f73 SEEMP\u3002\n\u5f53 CII \u4e8e 2023<sup>\u5e74 1<\/sup> \u6708 1 \u65e5\u751f\u6548\u65f6\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u5fc5\u987b\u643a\u5e26\u6240\u6709\u8bc1\u660e\u5408\u89c4\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\n\u8239\u8236\u5c06\u6839\u636e\u6027\u80fd\u5206\u4e3a A \u5230 E \u7ea7\u3002\n\u5728\u5e74\u5ea6\u5ba1\u67e5\u4e2d\u88ab\u8bc4\u4e3a E \u6216\u8fde\u7eed\u4e09\u5e74\u88ab\u8bc4\u4e3a D \u7684\u673a\u6784\u5c06\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u5bf9\u5176\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6216\u64cd\u4f5c\u8fdb\u884c\u91cd\u5927\u4fee\u6539\u3002   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u6240\u6709\u8005\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u5fc5\u987b\u505a\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u82b1\u65f6\u95f4\u6839\u636e\u9700\u8981\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u6539\u8fdb\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u8239\u8236\uff0c\u4e3a\u5373\u5c06\u5230\u6765\u7684 <a href=\"\/eexi-cii-compliance\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"\/eexi-cii-compliance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EEXI \u548c CII<\/a> \u8981\u6c42\u505a\u597d\u51c6\u5907\u3002\n\u5982\u679c\u8239\u8236\u8981\u7ee7\u7eed\u8fdb\u884c\u56fd\u9645\u8d38\u6613\uff0c\u5230 2022 \u5e74\u5e95\u83b7\u5f97\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u8bc1\u4e66\u5e76\u8bc1\u660e\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002 <\/p>\n\n<p>\u5728\u5b9e\u73b0\u5408\u89c4\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u7684\u6b65\u9aa4\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u5e2e\u52a9\u3002  <\/p>\n\n<p>EEXI \u8bc4\u4f30\u8fc7\u7a0b\u5141\u8bb8\u8fdb\u884c\u521d\u6b65\u7684\u6280\u672f\u6587\u4ef6\u5ba1\u67e5\uff08\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u5207\u987a\u5229\uff09\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ea7\u751f EEXI \u5408\u89c4\u58f0\u660e\u3002\n\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5f53\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65b0\u89c4\u5b9a\u751f\u6548\u65f6\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u9884\u9632\u8bc1\u4e66\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5e74\u5ea6\u3001\u4e2d\u671f\u6216\u66f4\u65b0\u68c0\u9a8c\u90fd\u5c06\u5305\u62ec\u5bf9\u8239\u8236 EEXI \u7684\u9a8c\u8bc1\u3002   <\/p>\n\n<p>\u8239\u8236\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u4e0d\u65ad\u6539\u8fdb\u4ee5\u9075\u5b88\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65b0\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u6709\u8bb8\u591a\u9014\u5f84\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u548c\u51cf\u5c11\u78b3\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u51cf\u5c11\u53d1\u52a8\u673a\u8d1f\u8f7d\u548c\u964d\u4f4e\u901f\u5ea6\u3001\u6539\u7528\u4f4e\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u71c3\u6599\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u71c3\u6599\u6216\u8282\u80fd\u6280\u672f\u6539\u9020\u8239\u8236\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u7ed3\u675f\u8bed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u968f\u7740 NOx \u548c SOx \u7b49\u6392\u653e\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u51fa\u53f0\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u822a\u8fd0\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u662f\u6d77\u6d0b\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u5173\u8005\u548c\u7acb\u6cd5\u8005\u7684\u9996\u8981\u4efb\u52a1\uff0c\u8239\u4e1c\u9700\u8981\u73b0\u5728\u5c31\u5f00\u59cb\u89c4\u5212\uff0c\u4ee5\u7b26\u5408\u96c4\u5fc3\u52c3\u52c3\u7684 CO<sub>2<\/sub> \u76ee\u6807\u3002\nEEXI \u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u6bcf\u8258\u603b\u5428\u4f4d\u8d85\u8fc7 400 \u7684\u8239\u8236\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u548c CO<sub>2<\/sub> \u6392\u653e\u6d4b\u91cf\u503c\uff0c\u6839\u636e CII\uff0c\u8d85\u8fc7 5,000 GRT \u7684\u8239\u8236\u5fc5\u987b\u91cf\u5316\u548c\u62a5\u544a\u5176\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u3002\n\u4e3a\u4e86\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u89c4\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u6301\u7eed\u6539\u8fdb\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\u5fc5\u987b\u6839\u636e CII \u6bcf\u5e74\u51cf\u5c11\u78b3\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u6bcf\u8258\u8239\u8236\u5206\u914d\u4e00\u4e2a A \u5230 E \u7684\u6027\u80fd\u8bc4\u7ea7\u3002    <\/p>\n\n<p>\u6beb\u65e0\u7591\u95ee\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65b0\u7684 IMO \u6307\u6570\u5c06\u4e3a\u6e05\u6d01\u6d77\u6d0b\u505a\u51fa\u91cd\u5927\u8d21\u732e\u3002  <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p
