New Standards for Carbon Emissions in Shipping

The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has released updated guidelines aimed at significantly reducing carbon emissions across the global shipping industry by 2030. Key initiatives include the introduction of carbon intensity indicators and a shift towards cleaner fuels. These measures are set to drive a greener future, pushing the maritime sector towards enhanced environmental responsibility.
